A contemporary twist on the reformer, chair,  MOTR, tower, and more. A challenging and innovating PILATES & MOTR class. Each class is designed differently & exceptionally to work your entire body! Modifications will be offered when needed to make the class more or less challenging.

BOSU BURN

A fun and innovative way to strengthen your muscles. This full body strength class will have you sweating with not 1 bit of cardio. The BOSU adds an element of intensity to the workout with you having to balance on an unstable surface. You will be activating your core from start to finish. Whether it’s legs or abs you will definitely feel the burn.

Workout shoes required. (Note: Yeezy’s are not considered workout shoes)

Experience a fun dynamic conditioning class. 20 seconds of high intensity interval training and 10 seconds of rest.

A fun and exciting rhythmic class which focuses on strengthening and toning our muscles through weighted exercises on and off the barre. You will feel strong and confident during this class!
