Experience a fun dynamic conditioning class. On the bike and off the bike, 4 to 8 rounds of 20 seconds of high intensity interval training and 10 seconds of rest.

Cycling shoes required (Shoes available at studio) as well as
Workout shoes required. (Note: Yeezy's are not considered workout shoes)
